Would you please explain the relationship between resources and physical memory. I have written a VB5 app which runs OK on an old 16 MB RAM machine (resources reduce to approx 30 % minimum). When I run same program on my 300 MHz PII with 128 MB RAM, the resources available often drop below 10 % and can cause program crash. OK, I've got a few system tray services running, but not much else. Any help would be much appreciated. It's very frustrating at present! Thanks. |
