| 1257451 | 2012-02-05 03:14:00 | My new Acer Aspire 1 (WIN7 HP/4gDDR3/dual core procc50)is very slow to boot up compared to my old desktop ie 45sec to 11secs. ( which I thought was slow!):badpc: I removed all the unnecessary start up programs and cleaned out various others and managed to reduce it to 35 secs. I have also removed the logon password screen. Any suggestions for further improvements gratefully accepted. |
