1232093	2011-09-18 11:44:00	Unlike Singapore, it seems you can't just walk into a service center to get your phone fixed(and they won't touch international phones anyway). I've got some dust that is stuck underneath the screen and would like to get rid of it. Any ideas what kind of places in Auckland will do this without charging you like $100 or something outrageous? 1232095	2011-09-18 12:22:00	I am sure in AKl there are those places that repair cellphones and don't care if they are intl ones. There is a place here in Welly so AKL should have them. However I would think it won't be cheap, maybe $75-100 :confused: I asked about a old phone to have the security code resetted and that was like $50 .... Edit. They are like a shoe repair place. Independent stores, not flashy shops. Basically drop off and come back the next day or two I guess .... . I understand there are phones like $50 and imported phones that are quite nice for $300-400. $50-75 may sound rather harsh but it's labour, anything much less I don't think it would be worth their time in NZ at least ....
