There are regular "Which ISP?" threads here every few weeks or so so a search of recent ones might help. I have been with Orcon for 12 months (in an 'Orcon +' area) and have no complaints, although posts on this forum indicate that it is currently less favoured than it used to be. | Robin S_ (86) | ||
| 1257312 | 2012-02-05 12:22:00 | I have no experience outside of xtra myself, but consumers recent customer survey rated PlaNet, Actrix, and Inspire as the top 3 in both reliability and customer service. You can find the full story here www.consumer.org.nz but you have to subscribe to read it (not free). Orcon rated just above telecom and vodafone about 2/3 of the way down and slingshot was 2nd to last. Edit: found this www.telme.org.nz which is free and part of consumer also |
