| 1256976 | 2012-02-02 02:46:00 | Just installed Outlook 2010 and setting it up. I want to have regular short sentences to use in emails and in 2003 I added them to auto correct eg First two words of a sentence so it then auto types it as I go. I added a few they are in the list but it does not pick them up. It picks up spelling errors and underlines them OK. Am I missing something? I did re boot. Cheers. |

| 1256977 | 2012-02-02 03:19:00 | Open a new mail in Outlook, type in the text you want to save, select it, then press alt + F3, the auto text box will appear, click OK. Now as you type a mail, if the words are typed ( as in the previously saved text) the auto text prompt will appear, simply press Enter to accept and your text will be put in. |
