| 1941 | 1999-05-25 22:27:00 | When downloading off the internet, whether it be using IE or Outlook Express, the downloading stops unless I keep the mouse moving. If I stop moving the mouse the downloading stops and if I start moving it again the downloading continues. Can someone help me please. I am in danger of contracting OOS. |
