| 1930 | 1999-05-24 05:31:00 | Every time I start my PC (Win98), the wave volume is muted, and when I uncheck it, and restart, it restarts muted again. It is very annoying. Any ideas on how to fix this or why it is doing it? Thanks, John Daley |
