| 1924 | 1999-05-24 02:46:00 | After reformatting my hard drive and reinstalling Windows98 and Office 97 everything works except MS Access. I get an error message saying 'Access cannot start because there is no license for it on this machine' Is this an Office problem or a Windows problem and how do I fix it? |
