| 1938 | 1999-05-25 06:55:00 | Now, I know I'm running slower hardware than most people, but this is ridiculous. Suddenly, yesterday, a few days after installing IE5 over Win98, the handy 'password remembering' tool doesn't work, and slows me down. For example, just entering my name in the text box above, locked up IE for a few half minutes. It also doesn't offer me with a list of email addresses to choose from as it used to. I'm looking at this 'Clear passwords' button, (Content | Autocomplete) and also 'Advanced' | 'Autocomplete Web Addresses', but don't particularly look forward to typing everything in again... Any similiar experiences? |
