| 1939 | 1999-05-25 05:25:00 | I originally downloaded IE5 from the ICONZ web site (I was previously running IE4) but had cause to uninstall it subsequently. When I try redownloding IE5 (this time from the Microsoft web site) everything runs fine except that Outlook Express carries the banner 'Outlook Express supplied by The Internet Company'. I cleared the cache and temp. internet files before the second download, could there still be some carry-over from my first attempt? (I assume that the banner is not supposed to be there by original design!) Your thoughts would be appreciated. (I am running a PII 333 system with Win 98) |
