| 1995 | 1999-06-03 01:23:00 | I`m running Win 95 on a 300P2 computer. Problem, I`m trying to record from a cassette recorder directly to my hard drive using Sound Recorder in Windows.I`ve got it all going into the right inputs. Cassette player to line-in, speakers to line-out etc. When I click RECORD on SR it doesn`t acknowledge and the line graph on the recorder doesn`t move, like there`s no signal getting through. The PC speakers play the sound , so it`s getting to there. It also doesn`t allow for the recording to go continuously but set`s a time limit in SR. I`ve saved a recording as a WAV file and it uses space but when I try to play it, there`s no sound. Any clues? THe sound card is an Ensoniq Audio PCI. |
