| 1985 | 1999-06-01 12:57:00 | My computer is constantly having problems with crashes and I have noticed a severe slowdown in speed. It is a Dell PII 64mb 333mhz computer, but it runs about the speed of my old 486 at the moment! I want to reformat my C: drive and reinstall Windows on the c: drive. It is an 8mb harddrive partitioned into 4 separate drives. Is it possible to format only the c: drive? Is it possible to move programs out of the C: drive and then move them back in after the format (if so would that involve moving the registry out as well)? Thanks Ed Gill |
