| 2050 | 1999-05-30 06:45:00 | Good evening, On a computer I use at our local golf club, in Word 97 it takes 8 seconds to close a file. Can you tell me is it a software or hardware problem? The computer is less than 2 years old and plenty of hard drive and memory available. Occasionally there is a problem when starting the computer also and it has to be restarted.
