A correspondent has recently sent me attachments with 2 e-mails. I do not appear to have received them. I have coached the person through sending attachments and am certain that they have been sent. When I look in the e-mails 'properties' - 'details' - 'message source' I find a lot of code. It seems to me that the attachment has been received at my end but no icon appear on the e-mail to signify this. I have been receiving attachments from others perfectly happily. Is there any way I can find and/or retreive this attachment?
