| 2079 | 1999-06-09 23:22:00 | I have a Pentium III 450 running Win98.On odd occasions mainly when using Windows Explorer managing files I get a message that explorer caused an invalid page fault in Module MACXW4.DRV at various addresses. DR Watson gives additional information that DIB engine ATI accelerator driver attempted to access memory that does not exist and that MFSYS.DRV has altered Windows System files. Can I avoid a full windows 98 reinstall? Is an upgrade to Win98 Second edition likely to solve the problem? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks |
