| 2087 | 1999-06-10 11:10:00 | I run Netscape communicator 4.6 but am having trouble loading onto IRD irFile system. They tell me to use Internet Explorer. i have downloaded IE5 but when I try to connect I always get action failed. I can get it to dial up my ISP but it will not load any web pages.
