| 2100 | 1999-06-10 03:31:00 | After re-installing both Win '98 and Office Pro I am no longer able to use Access. When I try to open a database file I get the message 'Microsoft Access can't start because the is no licence for it on this machine.' All the other elements of Office Pro work perfectly. What have I missed? |
