2110	1999-06-12 04:12:00	My CPU is showing 100 percent use, even when no windows are open on the desktop. Could too many icons on the desktop cause this? I have about 20 which I tend to use frequently. Have Nortons System Works installed and get a warning that the CPU is overloaded. The CPU is a 333 AMD with 64 Meg of ram and 6.5 HD.
