| 2127 | 1999-06-13 10:42:00 | I am having problems with the display on my monitor. The display is out of focus which is most noticeable on the desktop Icon names. At first I thought it was the actual monitor so I tried a new monitor to find that the display is no better. I have checked the Display properties settings and everything is in order. My PC is a 3 year old P100, the Adapter type is S3 Vision868 PCI the monitor is Philips CM0200(15C){1 yr old}, Colour palette is set a t High Colour (16 bit) and Desktop area is 640 by 480 pixels. .
