The article recommends Windows default short date be set to d/m/yyyy in Control Panel/Regional Settings/Date.
My two computers running, Windows 98 & 95, only have yyyy/mm/dd for a 4 digit short date format option.
How can this be changed to the convential d/m/yyyy format.
