2242	1999-06-24 06:17:00	I have a pentium 75 with 16 megs of RAM, running Windows 95a with an external 56K (K26 Flex) MODEM. The browser that I am using is Netscape Communicator 4.01. When I go online I get slow transfer speeds averaging at about 684 bytes per second and I get speeds as low as 24 bytes per second. Can anybody help solve me this slow and painful problem?	Guest (0)
