| 2297 | 1999-07-02 04:39:00 | I am using Win98 with some quite basic image editing programs (MSPaint Brush, MSPhoto Editor, Photo Publisher, etc) Recently my friend told me about a function in MS Photo Editor that allows you to save images with a set transperancy colour. My friend show me how it is done and the file is then saved as a .GIF file type. When I try to do it on my PC, I relized that I can't save any file under the .GIF extension with MS Photo Editor (neither in MS Paint), Also I can't view .GIF file with both of the programs. Me and my friend both have Win98 and is using the same version of MS Photo Editor and MS Paint. Why can he save Images with .GIF using any of the 2 programs, but I can't? What setting do I make before I can do so? Or what did I do wrong? |
