| 2267 | 1999-06-28 22:19:00 | I recently installed Office 97 (I have Win 98) and when opening Outlook got the following message 'Unable to open your default mail folders. An unexpected error has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.' I can still use Scheduler (Off. 95) and was wondering a) how I can fix Outlook 97 or b) delete it off my system as it's no use to me. Appreciate any help. Thanks |
