| 2357 | 1999-07-06 08:17:00 | My computor has stopped recognizing the default printer. When I try to print from Word or Excel I am told there is no printer installed or there is no default printer. Therefore I have to select a printer every time I enter Word or Excel. I am running Windows 95. Because of this problem I can not print from Netscape but have to save the file and then print it under Word. I have deleted all printer drivers and reloaded but it makes no difference. The printer I currently operate is a Canon BJC4200. Can you offer any suggestions? |
