2321	1999-07-03 12:39:00	I have a Pentium 2..233mz..32meg ram. I am running netscape 4.6 and am constantly amazed at how slow it is taking just recently to download links etc this slowdown also was aparrant with the older version of Netscape and I am not sure but it could tie in with Xtras new flat rate deal. Maybe so many people are surfin the net now that xtra just cant keep up?? Anyone else noticed the slowdown in download speeds??	Guest (0)
