| 2327 | 1999-07-03 22:52:00 | Several years ago I bought a Microsoft CDRom called 'Ancient Lands'. Recently I got a new computer, now when I try to install this CD, it refuses to do so. The CD Drive slows down to read the CD, but then it speeds up again and then it slows down...etc.,etc. I've no problem installing this Cd in an older machine. I presume that my CDRom drive, which by the way is 32x speed, is to fast for this CD. Is there any solution for this, like temporary slowing down the drive, or is this CD now useless to me?
