Broadband access/availability is not race-based. It's a commodity that anyone with disposable income can choose to obtain (unless you perhaps live on a marae out the back of beyond - but that is a personal choice) |

But if its subsidised because you are a particular race, I think that is very wrong. Still, its to early to see. If they just make it more affordable for eveyone, even better still. :thumbs: |
