Recently, I have configured my computer to use two monitors in Windows 98. The function works perfectly fine in terms of the operation and setup. However, there is a minor shortcoming- whenever I turn on two monitors, I find there is some noticable flickings in both monitors. The patterns of flickering depends on the refresh rates of the monitors. However, I have tried numerous combinations of refresh rates, still the flickering pattern cannot be eliminated totally. Furthermore, I find that if I pull the monitors apart, the effect isless pronounce. But this has a price on the comfort level, view two monitors further apart make it very difficult to work with two monitors simultaneously. My question is if there is any way to allievate or eliminate the interference between two monitors. |
