| 2416 | 1999-07-11 06:47:00 | I am unable to print light grey (Watermark type) fonts from my Oki 610e printer. Software (lotus word pro & MS Word)print light grey on other printers. However Oki printer does print light grey on software packages were this is predesignated. There is no reference in printer manual. In summary the printer is capable but does not appear to respond to lotus & word light grey fonts. No apparent switch on printer. Tearing out my hair - whats left of it and hope someone can help Regards Tom Erikson |
