| 2501 | 1999-07-23 04:45:00 | I have a Toshiba 100cs laptop. If I shut it down SHUT DOWN the laptop on a power up the laptop goes into safe mode. On restart the computer starts correctly. ANy sugestions? | Guest (0) | ||
