| 2515 | 1999-07-25 09:15:00 | In Dial Up Networking, it only ever shows the original connection speed to the net. I have seen it on a couple of PC's where the rate continuously fluctuates (you can watch the speed go up and down), but not been in the situation by where I can check the settings etc. I have Win95 OSR2.5 and Dynalink 56K modem on a PII. |
