2577	1999-08-03 07:06:00	OS=WIN95 I attempted to install the demo version of 'Half Life' from the PC World Disk 6(?) but as this machine lacks the power I deleted it using Add/Remove programs. Since then I have lost the background colours, i.e. under CONTROL PANEL - DISPLAY - Clouds appear grey, also E-mails with cloured files attached come out all 'washy'. I have attempted to adjust the colour settings 16 bit, high colour etc but it won't accept it. Also I have an applet/icon S3COLOUR CONTROL which greys out when I double click on it but does not open.
