2559	1999-08-01 02:38:00	My new S/H machine (Ultra Prima 400C 128ram 6.4G) starts ok,the 98 screen comes on then goes back? to what looks like a bios screen and the cursor feezes at the top of the screen. After several minutes I re booted the system, scan disc does it's thing and I am prompted to open windows from the safe/normal etc screen, and everything seems to go ok after that. Reading July's issue of PC World pages 115 onwards it sounds like a registry problem. Can someone confirm. The system also doesn't recognise the modem I am trying to set up. Any ideas are welcome.
