For some reason a new, unnamed folder has popped up in the 'My Computer' folder. It has no name, no fancy folder icon, but when I select it (single click) it tries to tell me that it is a system folder, and gives me the general rundown of the Dial-Up Networking folder. I can't delete it (nothing happens at all when I try that), I can't move it anywhere, I can't rename it. It is just folder that does nothing. It is really annoying me. Can't for the life of me work out how it even got there. I have tried reinstalling win 98 over the system, but it is still there. I assume that the answer is buried deep in the system registry somewhere. Help! |
