We have 3(identical?)PII 300, 96Mb, Win 95C peer to peer networked PC's. One purchased a month earlier than the other 2 which were purchased together. The 2 purchased together both have intermittant shutdowns which are as if the reset button had been pressed. No warning messages, just go to a blank screen and automatically restart. We have placed one on a Full online UPS, replaced its mother board, memory,power pack, CPU, one item at a time over a 3 week period. Both will even reboot if left on over the weekend with no applications loaded and nothing else running on the network. There is no pattern to when they will reboot. Sometimes get several days Ok but lately its 2 and 3 times a day. Same software runs on all 3. The 1st one never faults.
We are running out of ideas. Can you help? |
