I have tried unloeading all progammes that usually are on task bar, I have tried, all the procedures for win95 problems concerning shutdown. Is it safe? to shut down, I can't do anything else, and can you suggest something to help. I have done the unlock fast shutdown to no effect, and I have tried other advice, still with no effect.
