| 2672 | 1999-08-13 04:51:00 | I have a 586 which I have made up from bits and pieces and whenever it is turned on a couple of older radios in the house that are on the am band get a background interference. Can I fix this? Also I have a problem playing mp3's. After about the first 30 seconds of any mp3 I play, a annoying crackling sound comes from the speakers. I have had a look in the Audio Compression Codecs and noticed there was nothing there for mp3 or mpeg. Could this be the problem and how do I install the MPEG layer 3 codec? Thanks |
