| 2690 | 1999-08-15 11:07:00 | I have icq on my desktop, if it closes down and I re-start it, it wont open..(gives me an error message saying that I have to contact the program vendor...etc....), everytime I try to open it again it moves another space over, the space that it previously occupied is unusable...the mouse is unable to drag anything into that space, but I can drag the window to that space but the mouse will only go as far as the 'unusable space' outline is...when icq gives me the error message other error messages sometimes pop up as well (reading the same thing) even though I haven't opened them. icq eventually opens after about three or four attempts. Is this an icq problem or is there something wrong with my pc? Thank you Karen |
