| 2696 | 1999-08-15 01:42:00 | I am unsure for what reason, but my cd drive no longer appears on 'my computer'. I cannot access any cd's and no cd's will autorun. The cd drive light is permanently green, discs spin when the tray is closed. This is a simple problem to fix I am sure, I am just not sure how. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the hardware, but I am told that no new hardware has been installed. What do you suggest?? |
