2729	1999-08-18 20:51:00	Dear Doc, I have purchased a scanner but cannot get it to scan! I am supposed to have an EPP setting but do not have that choice. I have tried all the others, different irq settings ect. Ihave also tried to contact their web site but alas, no reply.
