2703	1999-08-17 04:17:00	When trying to download files in NT4 I can never get a transfer speed of over 2k but uploading can go as high as 3k. I have a 56k modem and find this is the case in Getright or what ever program I'm using. If I download 2 files at once I can get up to 1.6k each but never any more. The other pc in the house also has a 56k modem but win98 and can get transfers as high as 4.6k. so it isn't line noise. any ideas?	Guest (0)
