| 2788 | 1999-08-24 08:58:00 | My problem is that when I shut down Windows 98, the normal screens saying that Windows is closing down are scrambled. Sometimes on re-boot, the system does a scan disc because it claims to have been shut down improperly. The computer, a PC Direct 233MHz, is also frustratingly slow and I suspect an underlying problem. Any suggestions would be welcome. | Guest (0) | ||
