| 2813 | 1999-08-28 01:33:00 | When I turn my computer on in the morning it starts to load Windows, come up with 'can't load User.exe' error message and shuts down. When I restart it and select option 1 to start in Normal Mode it restarts OK. I can then close it down and restart it several times and no further problem until I turn it off and leave it overnight. The same problem occurs the first start up of the next day. I suspect I have a corrupt setup information file and use a different file on the second attempt. Could this be correct and if so how can I make user.exe load on the first attempt. The problem would seem to be related to the date changing. Jeff Thompson |
