| 2893 | 1999-09-07 02:57:00 | After trying to update my NAV virus definition files through the SYMANTEC web-site, I can no longer run NAV because of the error message 'NAVEX failed to load virus definition files'. I have sucessfully downloaded (and, I think, installed) the latest definition files but now I can not use the program either in auto protect mode or directly from the NAV program icon. I've tried SYMANTEC's web-site 'Support Genie' but it doesn't appear to have heard of this problem! |
