| 1259416 | 2012-02-16 00:31:00 | I recently purchased an HP Photosmart 7510 printer which is connected to my home network on a wireless connection. However, when I attempt to enable Web Services I receive an error indicating the Web Services Server is unavailable. Have been to-ing and fro-ing with HP help desk who tell me that I need to perform a Product Update and then enable Web Services. However, performing a Product Update fails as Web Services is not enabled. Has anyone else enabled Web Services on an HP printer? Is there anything special that needs to be done? OS is Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit, printer is positioned about 10 feet from the wireless router with 100% signal quality and internet connection is perfect. Cheers |

My problem is that I am unable to enable Web Services in the first place. If I could confirm the availability of the Web Services Server from my browser I could narrow down whether it's a Server issue or a printer issue. | Miami Steve (2128) | ||
