| 1259096 | 2012-02-14 09:08:00 | Currently having (extreme?) issues getting the steel plate off a 1st gen ipod touch. All instructions/guides I have seen quite simply show the black beeing snapped out of place. For this particular one however is simply wont come off. the Top and bottom ends separate nicely but all I have really succeded in doing is bending them slightly and chipping the hell out of the bezel trying to pry the black plate off  Anyone have and suggestions as to getting the damn thing apart? I really cant understand this  and its rather frustrating, its as if the sides are screwed down? Weird. Thanks for any help/suggestions. TEG |
