| 1258976 | 2012-02-13 10:01:00 | Hi Team Once again, when not watching what I was doing I have clicked somewhere I shouldn't have, and I have ballsed up my view of incoming emails. The view I now have is by date only instead of sender/date etc (see attached image). I have looked for some time but can't find where to reverse this muck up, yet like my PF1 images issue, it was a single click or 'click and drag' change somewhere over on the RHS of the screen. I have checked the pages I printed out from my original 'classic view' configuration on this computer and those settings seem to be unchaged, and in any event, they are accessed via 'View' at the LHS of the screen and I wasn't over there. Some click by click help would be appreciated! Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 1258977 | 2012-02-13 10:30:00 | Here is an example from my laptop (it is Outlook 2000 but the layout is what I had in 2003 as well). This is the general layout and In-Box sort order that I am trying to restore. Out-Box remains normal Cheers Billy 8-{) I've just noticed that it is duplicating the information in received and sent, and try as I might I can't see how to get the senders name back etc. |

| 1258978 | 2012-02-13 20:32:00 | Hi Team Can anybody please help with this problem. All I want to do is sort into From/Subject/Received/Sent but I can't find the entry point to do this. It is fairly urgent because I have clients waiting for replies but I can't efficiently find their emails. Cheers Billy 8-{):thanks Further searching fails to find a 'From' option to drag back to the page! |

| 1258980 | 2012-02-13 21:08:00 | Okay, panic over, I found the answer Here (www.techtalkz.com ) but it is a multi-step process to change it [view>arrange by>custom etc] so I'm buggered if I can see how I managed to cock it up with one click! Not my week, I think I need a holiday so the trip to OZ can't come soon enough (Thursday week), just me and Mrs T, and gleam in my eye! Cheers Billy 8-{) |
