| 1258789 | 2012-02-12 06:59:00 | I had Outlook 2003 and just upgraded to Outlook 2010. In each individual email box there is a sort by option. For my Inbox, the order is "From" then "Subject" which is good. The Sent box is the same but I want it "To" then "Subject". I know I altered it in Outlook 2003 but I cant see how in Outlook 2010. Hope someone can help. Cheers. |

| 1258790 | 2012-02-12 07:45:00 | Just checked mine, and by default it is in that order: 3577 If the "To" is there, but just in a different place, simply left click and hold it, the "To" Area will turn Black , then move it to the position you want by dragging sideways. If it not showing at all, then on the View tab along the top, click under Arrangements to see if its actually activated.There are drop down arrows with various menus on the right hand side of the Arrangement window. |
