| 1235153 | 2011-10-09 23:01:00 | the save game 'issue' will probhably put me off buying it (for now) just dont have the time or will to replay most of a level after dying/respawning www.gameplanet.co.nz Er, I don't know how the Gameplanet reviewer missed this, but you can manually save in almost any area (except one dungeon I've come across which is only a few minutes long) by pressing Esc to bring up the menu. |

Had to wait for the auto save to save for you. :) You actually can in Rage though - maybe you couldn't when Dan wrote his review but I started playing on Friday night on PC and I can manually save, so they might have patched it to fix that. |

You can also quicksave/load [F5/F9]... I haven't tried saving in races but it seems fine everywhere else. I have also encountered only one place where I couldn't save (which was less than 10 min long). I think the reviewer might have missed the option after trying to save immediately after talking to a character (you have to wait a second or two). Other than that... Review Fail? |
