| 1464377 | 2019-10-08 03:11:00 | I am on Win 10 64 bit Build 1903 I always take all updates. After the most recent one for the 3rd time this year I cannot start any Office 365 programmes except OneNote. I have tried MS Apps and Features Quick Repair. Last time it did not work nor again this time. Now like last time I shall have to go though the "long repair" Uninstall and reinstall Office -takes quite some time. I hope this works. Has anyone else experienced this problem in the last few days? All my recent System Restore points had disappeared except an auto one on 7 October. That did not work |

| 1464378 | 2019-10-08 20:41:00 | Is there any error messages when trying to open, or simply don't wanna work ? Try opening Word in safe mode. Hold down the CTRL key, double click Word, it should pop up with a message asking to open --- What happens ?? |

| 1464379 | 2019-10-10 05:34:00 | Yes I got all the prompts about Safe mode and repair on all Word, Excel Outlook etc. On the "positive" side the Uninstall and Reinstall was comparatively quick this time -less than 1 hour |
